Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options that enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service
• Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for patrons
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and monitor for quality control
• Handle food service responsibilities when required, including serving snacks or light meals in a fine dining or nightclub setting

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits experience
• Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings while maintaining composure
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
