Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels
• Handle cashing out customers accurately and process payments swiftly using POS systems
• Uphold all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times

Qualifications

• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous experience with cash handling is essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math understanding for sales transactions
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and bartending best practices is highly desirable
