Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our team at Bert’s.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during both regular service and special events. This role offers opportunities for extra hours and involvement in occasional special events, making it a dynamic and engaging position within our hospitality team.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handling payments efficiently and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up for special events and ensuring all beverage needs are met during these occasions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality service throughout shifts.

Experience

• No experience required, we are willing to train!
• Experience operating POS systems for processing transactions is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are important qualities for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and during special events is preferred.

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
