Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wine, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance the menu offerings and cater to guest preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay informed about current trends in mixology and beverage presentation to continually elevate the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations during busy hours.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering beverages and bar tools.
