Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote our bar offerings.
• Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously through effective time management while ensuring prompt service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality or restaurant setting; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as toast
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Previous experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is desirable but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
