Job Description

Farmers Fresh Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Bartender to join our team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and can help keep our bar and front-of-house operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with bartending experience who is ready to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the continued growth of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor liquor inventory and assist with ordering, stocking, and inventory management.
• Help coordinate and maintain front-of-house employee schedules to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Work closely with management to improve bar operations, service efficiency, and the overall guest experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow all applicable alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Assist other front-of-house team members as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Help develop new drink ideas, seasonal specials, and opportunities to improve bar sales.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Experience with liquor inventory, ordering, or employee scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and qualifications, plus tips. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in liquor ordering, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
