Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for guests while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role requires a strong foundation in food service, mixology, and wine knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Stay informed about current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques in mixology.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and promote a safe environment for guests.

Experience

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably as a bartender or in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with wine varieties and proper serving practices.
• Experience working with POS systems for order processing and transactions.
• Restaurant experience is highly desirable to understand the fast-paced nature of the industry.
