Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Manage cash registers, process payments efficiently, and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred; passion for customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in bartending duties.
• Certification or training in responsible alcohol service is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is expected.
