Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste and controlling costs
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on fine dining or upscale venues
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
