Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and guest satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all alcohol and ingredients
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at the bar area in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to deliver seamless service in diverse settings

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative drinks
• Background in food service or restaurant operations with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
