Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep offerings fresh and exciting for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering timely service in a lively setting.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality or restaurant environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while providing attentive customer care.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus.
