Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
• Handle multiple responsibilities including serving guests promptly, processing payments accurately, and managing bar operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Prior experience working in fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol and beverages.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change processing.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; catering or retail experience is a plus.
