Alex Hotel and Shadow Bar & Kitchen - located in the heart of Northbridge - is now seeking a driven, experienced and level-headed bartender to join our skilled & knowledgeable F&B team to head up the Alex Hotel Rooftop Bar over the summer period.

 A love of all things food, wine & cocktails is essential - It's a brilliant time to join our dedicated and tight knit team just before Fringe kicks off!

We are looking for

What we require from you – a current WA responsible service of alcohol certification. Any WSET certificates, coffee training, or red card will be looked upon very favourably.

We are currently looking for a cocktail bartender who has experience pushing out high-quality cocktails at peak periods, exceptional time management skills, and who loves to make a connection with the guest during relaxed periods. This position will ideally suit a seasoned bartender with the ability to work independently, looking for a fun rooftop space with chill vibes.

This outlet operates on Fridays & Saturdays, with the potential for additional hours in Shadow Bar & Kitchen, as well as event shifts.
