Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Attend to guests and take drink orders professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Monitor beverage supplies and report shortages.
• Handle customer requests and enquiries courteously.
• Maintain proper hygiene and service standards.
• Record and account for sales where required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender is required.
• Good knowledge of beverages and bar service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Smart, neat, presentable, and courteous.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Willingness to work flexible/24-hour shift schedules.
