Bartender

A bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while managing the bar area and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Core Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix, shake, stir, and pour cocktails, beers, wines, and mocktails accurately according to established recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders, offer recommendations, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Compliance & Safety: Check valid government-issued identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor consumption to prevent intoxication.
• Cash & POS Handling: Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately, manage open tabs, and balance cash drawers at the end of a shift.
• Bar Maintenance: Stock ice, glassware, spirits, and fresh garnishes, and clean bar tops, equipment, and utensils.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, flag low inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with spirits, wine profiles, beer styles, and classic cocktail recipes.
• Multitasking & Speed: Ability to handle high-volume rushes, coordinate server tickets, and manage multiple guests at once.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills.
• Certifications: Responsible alcohol service training such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
