Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote beverage sales and enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash transactions accurately using Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibilities efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including special events including banquets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS) for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations are essential.
