Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment that values professionalism, creativity, and hospitality excellence. Must have a Kenosha Bartending License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and ensure all beverages are stored according to food safety standards.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including special events like banquets or nightclub nights.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail crafting, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods.
• Familiarity with food handling, food safety standards, and beverage recipe development.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations like change handling and inventory management.
