Bartender

Join our bar team at Dockers. We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic bartenders to join our fast-paced and friendly team. While experience behind the bar is important, we’re most interested in people with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Essential Requirements: To maintain our high standards of service, we have non-negotiable requirements for this role. If you do NOT meet all of the following, your application will NOT be considered:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional bartending experience.
• Local Knowledge: Minimum 2 year of experience working in a bar or pub specifically within Ireland.
• Availability: Strictly NO STUDENTS (including Stamp 2 visa holders) will be considered for this role. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE^^^

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and draught beer to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests at the bar.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the drinks menu, ingredients, and procedures.
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Cocktail knowledge is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, fast, and professional under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
