Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant team at our premier lakeside location. In this role, you will craft high-quality cocktails, serve beverages with enthusiasm, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding hospitality experience. Your expertise in beverage preparation, customer service, and bar management will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems
• Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies

Experience:

• Proven bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Active TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain them prior to hire)
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
