Bartender

What we are looking for

We are looking to add an experienced bartender to our growing team.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

Skills / Experience

• Previous Bar Experience Strongly preferred
• Proficiency in operating a POS (Point of Sale) system, such as Toast POS
• Strong knowledge of basic math for calculating bills and making change
• Excellent sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and staff members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
