EXPECTATIONS:

• Min 3-5 Years in Hospitality
• Min 1 year in Fine Dining
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Self-Starter
• Solutions-Driven
• Customer Service as a PRIMARY Focus
• Able to balance Quality Dining/Food/Drink, with Energetic, Entertainment-Forward Environment
• Must have well-rounded knowledge of wines/pairing (Serving/Bar)
• Must have fresh/craft/classic cocktail knowledge (Serving/Bar)
• Must have good knowledge of City/Happenings/Pulse
• Experience with Toast POS preferred
• MUST HAVE: Current Food Handling & Alcohol Serving Permits
• TEAM Attitude / Customer Focus
• Catering Background is a bonus
• Multi-Lingual is a bonus
• Proper Hygiene & Attire
• Limited/Tasteful/Concealable Tattoos
• Reliable Transportation to/from work
• Drive to help build
• Appropriate flexibility in time/roles/shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
