Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management
• Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management during busy service hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or beverage service within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of cocktail creation, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and food industry standards is a plus
