What they need
Bar Tender wanted for a fun, professional drinks person:
We’re looking for a professional bartender to join a close team and a full bar program, with excellent training to match. Frozen glassware, unique and thoughtful spins on the classic cocktails, and a seriously intriging wine menu, means you’ll be making drinks properly, not just pouring them. Our customers are at the heart of what we do and how we pour - you will be in charge of making their time at our bar an oenophile's dream.
About the role
You’ll be working the bar, but we’re a team and we move between bar and floor easily. Whether it’s service, the floor, bar backing or helping with deliveries, we all get stuck in and look after each other. The Bar team is fundamental to the excellent customer service that is recieved by our guests. We also have a few rooms that guests can stay - we help them check in/out and have an immersive experience in Dublin and beyond.
What we’re looking for
- Attitude first. A great attitude matters more to us than years of service. If you’re warm, hardworking and good with people, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Proven Excellent customer service We strive to give our guests the best time and you will be integral to delievering the best customer experience
- Team player. You’re happy to jump in wherever you’re needed.
- Wine knowledge is a plus. We sell a lot of wine, so confidence recommending and serving it will help.
- Classic cocktail experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’ll train you.
What we offer
- A full bar program with proper training from experienced bartenders
- A serious cocktail menu and top-quality equipment, including frozen glassware and great ice
- Pay of [€15> €17 per hour based on experience + tips]
- A supportive team with a good flow between departments
- A chance to grow with the venue
Hours and start date
- 25 to 35 hours per week - max 40 hours
- Start date between 25 October and 1 November
- Paid trial shifts next week (two weeks max)
