Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, process tips appropriately, and balance registers at shift end.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience working in food service or restaurant settings with a focus on food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.93 per hour
