Bartender

Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, utensils, and equipment - Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with setting up and tearing down the bar area for events or functions Requirements: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing methods - Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods - Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments (experience with Aloha POS is a plus) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques, recipes, and drink trends - Experience in catering or hospitality industry is a bonus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Need to clean restrooms at 3pm before starting shift and cleaning after close As well.

Need to prep Abocado ,chicken and other items.

Need to clean and wipe all tables .

Need to mop the bar and whole store.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
