Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible drinking and adherence to legal drinking age laws
• Manage cash register transactions, process payments, and handle tips with integrity
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours and support overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or serving within a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with positive energy and professionalism
• Familiarity with hospitality standards, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
