Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and bartending, ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age
• Upsell additional drinks and menu items
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is advantageous
• Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is desirable
• Willingness to help colleagues during busy periods
