Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring seamless coordination during busy periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or tips accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a lively hospitality setting.
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; familiarity with brewing or the food industry is beneficial.
