Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and consistency
• Provide warm, attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist in ordering as needed
• Collaborate with the team to uphold Farina Hospitality's service standards
• Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a restaurant or upscale setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Must be 21+ with a valid Indiana alcohol server’s permit
