Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and understanding of fine dining and nightlife environments will ensure guests enjoy memorable experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and innovative
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours through effective time management and multitasking skills
• Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for retail math, food industry calculations, and cash handling
• Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or bar management is preferred

Pay: $23.71 - $28.56 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
