Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, providing excellent service from order taking to drink delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management proactively.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a pub environment or bartending is preferred.
• Based in South-West London.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Good time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without sacrificing quality.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene practices and standards in a bar setting.
• Ability to stay energetic, positive, and professional during fast-paced shifts.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
