Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Square POS or Shift4 POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and drink service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightclub nights

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS or Shift4 POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
