Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in processing payments and providing correct change.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Assist in bar management duties including scheduling, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to hospitality industry standards.

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong foundation in mixology.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
• Previous experience working with beverage recipe development or customizing drinks based on guest preferences is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele within hospitality environments like restaurants or nightclubs.

Pay: $10.85 - $14.00 per hour
