We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, with precision and flair.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes that align with current trends and guest preferences, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages in compliance with food safety standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and tabs efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to health regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet services to deliver seamless food and beverage experiences in fine dining or nightclub settings.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage service.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, alcohol regulations, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality venues is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of wine knowledge, craft beer trends, spirits expertise, and cocktail creation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to foster positive guest relationships.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
