Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages based on customer orders.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks and restocking of bar supplies.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to quality and presentation standards.
• Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and alcohol service procedures.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately when required.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or similar establishment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Responsible, well-groomed, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizens only.
