• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the bar's menu and products, including new and seasonal items.

• Teamwork: Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

• A successful Bartender will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes. They should also have good organizational and time management skills.
