Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and techniques to ensure innovative offerings.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices at all times.
• Assist in bar setup, cleanliness, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in high-energy environments like nightclubs or banquet settings.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal menus or specials.
• Manage bar inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience with food handling, catering, or retail environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills in fast-paced hospitality or restaurant settings.
