Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
• Ensure all drinks are prepared safely following food safety regulations
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system effectively
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong knowledge of serving techniques, drink recipes, and food safety standards
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy hours
• Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
