Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to provide seamless service in diverse settings
• Uphold all food handling and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Background in food service or hospitality industry roles demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with beverage recipe development and serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal standards
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and food safety procedures
• Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring quick thinking and adaptability
