Bartender

About the Role

As Bartender, you’ll play a key role as a part of the bar team during service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. This is a hands-on role in a busy, high-volume venue where attention to detail, speed, and personality are essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar high-volume bar or city centre venue
• Strong, up-to-date cocktail knowledge - preferable but not essential (classics, contemporary serves, and premium spirits)
• Confidence managing a busy bar section during peak service
• Experience training and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Fluent English Essential

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
• Leading shifts and supporting the Bar Manager in daily operations
• Maintaining consistency, presentation, and service standards
• Managing stock levels, prep lists, and bar organisation
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience every shift
