Job Summary
Hello, beerslinger! We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender to help Firetrucker’s “beertending” team by bringing their enthusiasm, personality, and professionalism to our tap room! So what’cha gotta do? Well, friend, you’ll assist in overseeing daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a fun, lively, welcoming atmosphere. We also need ya to help drive our team’s performance, uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness, and work with the Tap Room Lead to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Assist in and follow established bar operations, ensuring efficient service during all shifts
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately using the Arryved POS system; manage cash handling for opening & closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
• Monitor customer service levels to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with management on shift scheduling and operational expectations
• Maintain a vibrant atmosphere that encourages guest engagement while managing the pace of service

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the food & beverage service or hospitality industry
• Experience with POS systems for transactions and inventory management
• Skilled in cash handling following brewery operational expectations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, fun, and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices
