In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive and lively atmosphere. From crafting refreshing mocktails to recommending guest favourites, you will play an important role in making every visit memorable.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending or relevant beverage service experience, open availability, and the ability to start immediately are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, specialty drinks, juices, and other refreshments.
• Welcome guests warmly, take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
• Restock ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate service and provide an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and customer service throughout each shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other bar duties as required.

Requirements and Skills

• Previous bartending or relevant beverage service experience is required.
• Open availability is a must, including flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Experience preparing beverages and delivering quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems and experience handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for processing payments, calculating change, and monitoring inventory.
• A team-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.

Please note: This is a sober bartending position. All beverages prepared and served in this role are non-alcoholic.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
