About Paws & Pints

Paws & Pints is a unique dog-friendly bar, restaurant, and indoor/outdoor dog park where great hospitality meets a love for dogs! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated bartenders who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating a great experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Learn our beverage menu, specials, and recipes to make recommendations and answer questions.
• Operate our Toast POS system and process orders and payments accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service throughout your shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and assigned side work.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, identification requirements, and responsible serving practices.
• Communicate effectively with the bar team, kitchen, and other departments.
• Assist with patio service, Stray Bar operations, and special events as needed.
• Use slower periods productively by cleaning, restocking, and completing assigned tasks.
• Follow company policies and contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow established procedures.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as scheduled.
• Ability to meet applicable legal requirements for alcohol service.
