Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and appealing to diverse tastes
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and create a lively yet professional atmosphere

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy periods
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a hospitality industry setting
• Food safety certification and understanding of food handling procedures are required
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; bartending certifications are required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
