Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and understanding of fine dining and nightlife environments will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and register reconciliation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours and support overall bar management efforts

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings with a strong understanding of mixology techniques
• Demonstrated knowledge of wine, spirits, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Background in food service or restaurant environments with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order fulfillment
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food industry best practices, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and billing
• Previous bar management or leadership experience is a plus but not required
