We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
