Big Box Karaoke (BBK) is Arkansas’ premier private-suite karaoke destination, bringing people together through music, food, and unforgettable experiences. Our Bentonville location features private karaoke suites, a full-service bar, and a full food menu in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Bartenders to join our opening team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Position Overview

Bartenders at BBK are responsible for preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping bar operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized bar, and collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a great guest experience. Bartenders may work independently or alongside another bartender, depending on shift volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and BBK standards.
• Guest Experience: Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Bar Operations: Set up and break down the bar, restock supplies, and maintain an organized, well-stocked workspace.
• Order Management: Manage beverage orders accurately and efficiently during both regular and high-volume service periods.
• Teamwork: Communicate and collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, equipment, and surrounding areas throughout each shift.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor beverage and supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Responsible Service: Follow all applicable alcohol service laws, age-verification requirements, and responsible beverage service practices.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently when needed.
• Willingness to assist with stocking, cleaning, and other bar duties.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry supplies.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
