Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to promote sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, food safety procedures, and retail math calculations
• Previous experience in beverage recipe development or beverage presentation is a plus
• Knowledge of food handling standards and sanitation practices required for safe service

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
