Bartender

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to the restaurant's standard recipes
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Prepare the bar station before opening and ensure all supplies are available
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and glassware
• Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages to the supervisor
• Follow proper measurements to maintain drink quality and control costs
• Record all beverage orders accurately in the POS system
• Minimize waste and prevent unauthorized use of beverages
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and instructions from the supervisor

About you

• Previous experience as a bartender is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic cocktails and beverage preparation is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, responsible, and organized
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
