Bartender

PISTACHE is now hiring a bartender to join our team of professional restaurant personnel. We are seeking an up beat, friendly, enthusiastic bar professional, who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced, high volume, fine dining bar/restaurant establishment. Our bartenders have a passion for food and beverage, as well as overall hospitality and service. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Applicants should have 3 years minimum experience in a high volume/fast paced/fine dining restaurant.

Must be able to lift 25lb.

Must be willing to wear mask and gloves while at work and in accordance with our COVID-19 safety protocols.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
